I'm usually a silent reader (via Google Translate) from Germany, but now I have to post a question. I'm very sorry to write in English! I'll add a translated version at the end. If I'm in the wrong section/forum, please feel free to delete my post!
My friend has a MCZ Red Compact 24 from 2012. Now suddenly the transport auger stopped working. We already replaced the motor and the mainboard, but still no change. There's no voltage at the motor (0,xx V) when the set the furnace to "load pellets". No error is given, it just doesn't work. Unfortunately we also don't have some deeper circuit schematics, to do a proper measurement. Just the picture from the PDF.
The motor is connected on the 7-Pin connector on the 1st and 6th Pin from the right. The fuses are all okay.
Maybe you can give me a hint?

Hey guys,
thank you very much for your help! But as my buddy was in emergency, he requested a technician from MCZ.
He came today and found that (I guess) the thermal switch of the pellet tank was somehow faulty (even though the continuity measurement was okay). He replaced it, and the stove is now running again.
But THANK YOU VERY, VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!!!

Hey ragazzi,
grazie mille per il tuo aiuto! Ma poiché il mio amico era in emergenza, ha richiesto un tecnico di MCZ.
È venuto oggi e ha scoperto che (immagino) l'interruttore termico del serbatoio del pellet era in qualche modo difettoso (anche se la misurazione della continuità era ok). L'ha sostituita e ora la stufa funziona di nuovo.
Ma GRAZIE MOLTO, MOLTO PER IL VOSTRO AIUTO!!!
