so my error is: NO LIGHTING, where to search the problem ? after start, there is message loading pellet.......and its all. few minutes later i got error . Any ideas ? heat rod is broken ? or something else?

u mean this part? in general after start, i have message- loading pellet, but after a few minutes there is no flame, so there comes error message- no lighting. for now, I starts fire manualy, so kaldus can go to work proces.
menu 09? U mean technical settings ?

Yes removing the firepot you can check the ignition tube if there is ash deposit hot air can not heat pellets.
If the tube is clean go to menù 09 Technical settings submenù 6 test, select the first item to turn on glow plug and check without the firepot if becomes red hot
